This patient presented himself recently divorced and depressed about his chances in the real world and felt, if he can improve his looks, he has better chances. He was in his mid forties, lower middle class and had a dental insurance. We worked out a dental treatment plan and a payment plan, beyond what dental insurance could cover. His dental treatment started with prophylaxis, follwed by braces and then finished with bridgework. If time and money permitted, he would have been a candidate for dental implants.
