Topic: Medical status and medication related to implant dentistry
Dear Doctor
I am sorry for poor communication over last several weeks. Personal stuff sometimes comes in a way, also the the restaurant could not host us on the 16th of May plus I am on Jury duty and my schedule has been unpredictable. I am serving in queens and it's a daily struggle between jury duty and office schedule. I was given this Wednesday the 23rd however, if I am serving till 5 pm, it will be not possible for me to show up for the meeting. Sorry for the inconvinience. We will make up the missed sessions in July and August and I will give you the date or dates.
I did couple of interesting cases recently and I will like to discuss these cases as well.
My main topic will be "health status and med's taken by patient".
